This study aimed to explore the role of transformational leadership in change management. It sought to demonstrate that transformational leadership is one of the most suitable leadership concepts for leading change, as it plays a significant and prominent role in how administrative decisions are made among employees in educational institutions, and in clarifying the goals and motivations behind such change. The study adopted a descriptive approach, which focuses on explaining and interpreting reality by examining and identifying the practice of transformational leadership in society, developing a vision and procedures for implementing that plan, monitoring progress in the change process, and anticipating new opportunities or potential problems. The study concluded that transformational leadership can contribute to change and development in society if leaders possess the necessary qualities according to this concept, namely, that everyone participates in setting the vision and mission of the institution. The study recommended the necessity of using performance measurement tools that incorporate integrated intellectual philosophies, statistical tools, and administrative processes to achieve goals through continuous improvement with the active participation of all stakeholders. This aims to develop and achieve the required efficiency, implement strategic plans, and establish indicators to measure the achievement of these goals in line with Oman Vision 2040. Furthermore, it emphasized the importance of providing support and encouragement to employees for their accomplishments, motivating them to continue their work and strive for excellence.Downloads
