Abstract

The article aims to explore the mechanisms of administrative decision-making between the Western and Islamic perspectives, and to examine the possibility of achieving a balance between administrative efficiency and Sharia-based values in decision-making. The study employed a descriptive, analytical, and comparative methodology by comparing the Western and Islamic perspectives and evaluating the feasibility of utilizing the Islamic model in this context. The article concludes that the Western perspective focuses on maximizing profits and operational efficiency, with an emphasis on achieving tangible results in the short and long term. On the other hand, the Islamic perspective seeks to balance individual and collective interests while adhering to the objectives of Sharia (Maqasid al-Sharia), which aim to preserve religion, life, intellect, progeny, and wealth. The study recommended developing a managerial model that integrates scientific analysis and modern technological methods derived from the Western Perspective with ethical and Sharia-based values from the Islamic perspective. This can be achieved by designing training programs for leaders and managers focus on how to harmonize operational efficiency with ethical commitment in decision-making, including practical examples demonstrate the success of this integration.
